Birth Support Express- $1200

Perfect for experienced parents or fellow birth workers. This package is ideal if you’re preparing for your second or third baby, have a scheduled cesarean, or simply feel confident about birth but want a supportive presence. Includes 1–2 personalized prenatal visits and continuous birth support, along with virtual postpartum support. A tailored, no-fuss option for families who know what they need.

Evidence Based Birth Class- $300

A laid back and interactive 6-week class with Waco-based doula Eryn Davidson. The first and last session will be conducted in person in Waco, while the middle four classes are online. The structure of the class is conversational – We watch EBB videos on our own each week and then come together once a week to discuss them further.

EBB class members receive 10% off any perennial birth service.

FAQ

What if I can't afford a doula?

We feel strongly that the value of a doula is irreplaceable, but we understand the financial constraints as you welcome a new baby into your family. Please reach out, and we can talk about our team's sliding scale rates and payment plan options. We also encourage our clients to add a doula fund to their baby registries!

We can also provide an invoice for reimbursement if you have a medical share plan like Samaritan Health.

My partner will be there. Do I still need doula support?

Our goal is to give you and your partner the tools you need to have the birth experience you both desire. We encourage partners to attend every prenatal session and equip them with tools to be an active support partner in labor! Having doula support is also proven to decrease labor time by 25%, decrease epidural requests by 60% and drop in c-section rates by 50%.

What if you are at a birth when I am in labor?

The benefit of working as a doula duo is that you get to know both of us throughout your pregnancy. On the day of your birth, if one of us is at another birth, you get our other half! If you would like both of us there during your birth but only one of us is available, we can talk through if you'd like a secondary backup.

Do you support medicated birth, cesareans and inductions?

While we believe in the body's ability to give birth physiologically and in most scenarios feel this is the best option, we absolutely love these resources when they are needed. Some of our absolute favorite births have taken place in the OR or thanks to inductions, and we have OBs in the area who we really enjoy partnering with.

Do you only do home births?

While we love home births, the majority of births we support actually take place in the hospital! We have lots of experience working with the OBs, midwives and nurses at both Ascension Providence and BSW Hillcrest.

We don't know if we want a doula present, but we'd love prenatal support...

Eryn teaches childbirth education and is happy to do a private class with families, or offer 2-3 prenatals only. We've certainly done this before and then been on call for any needed virtual support come birth time. Our virtual / prenatal only families rock it!
